- PROCUREMENT SUPPORT: Providing comprehensive procurement registers including supplier contacts, rates, and tender-phase management tools (software).
- ESTIMATING: Delivering professional estimating services on Pronamics, incorporating direct, indirect, and overhead inputs via first principle development and market tested packages.
- QUANTITY SURVEYING: Preparing detailed quantities to support estimating, methodology planning, and program development (involves digital engineering).
- CONSTRUCTABILITY AND METHODOLOGY: Creating detailed construction methodologies for bid submissions, informing program development and linkages, cost estimates, and risk evaluations.
- PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT: Developing resource-loaded project schedules using MS Project and Oracle Primavera P6, incorporating critical path analysis and a robust Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), mapped back to a Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS).
- TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT: Delivering Main Roads’ compliant construction staging plans, traffic modelling, transport assessments and analysis of major roads to support bid submissions and project planning.
- DESIGN DEVELOPMENT: Offering tender design services including digital engineering, 3D renders, fly-throughs, GIS mapping, drafting, and CAD solutions for Design & Construct (D&C) scopes or to have the winning edge in a Construct Only.
- SUBMISSION MANAGEMENT AND GRAPHIC DESIGN: Producing top-tier submissions with professional formatting, high-quality visuals, and engaging presentations to stand out in competitive tenders.
- WHITE COLLAR LABOUR HIRE SERVICES: Sourcing in demand white-collar engineering, management and supervisory roles for short, medium and long term engagements.
About Us
Founded in January 2024, WALLCON was created to service the growing WA civil infrastructure sector via the provision of pre-contract & tender services, project delivery services and project management individuals.
WALLCON is proudly Western Australian owned and engages a 100% local, WA based staff and subcontractors.
Operating according to our 4C Values, we aim to be the go-to civil support company for the greater Perth region.

Our Team (so far)
WALLCON was founded by Managing Director, Alex Waller. With over 15 years in the construction industry and having worked for major companies including DT Infrastructure, Fulton Hogan Construction, CPB Contractors and Thiess, Alex uses is site based experience to ensure projects are tendered and planned with the real world in mind.
Alex lives down in Rockingham, WA with his mechatronic engineer wife, two great kids and a dog named Duncan.
